Job Title: Recruiter for Financial Advisors

Location: Houston, TX – Energy Corridor

Company: ~40 person Recruiting firm founded in 2013

Compensation: $45k to $50k Base Salary + Uncapped commissions (Total of $60k to $80k per year at on-target plan for year 1)

Job Duties:

• Cold Call VP Level Financial Advisors across the nation, to see if they’re interested in speaking with our clients about changing firms
• All Cold Call lists and Training shall be provided by Encore Search Partners
• Overcome objections from Financial Advisors, with the intent of turning a No into a Yes
• Make 180 outbound Cold Calls per day
• Generate 4 Qualified leads per week

Required Skills:

• Ability to overcome objections
• Ability to understand and explain financial concepts
• Desire to earn huge commissions
• No previous Recruiting experience required

Probationary Period:

Encore Search Partners may, at its discretion, extend the Probationary Period for up to 30 additional days. During the Probationary Period, performance and suitability for continued Employment will be monitored. At the end of the Probationary Period, the employee will be informed if they have successfully completed the Probationary Period.
