Job Responsibilities:
The Task Force Chief Engineer will oversee maintenance and engineering operations for Hilton properties in the Kansas City area. The candidate must have extensive Hilton brand experience and ensure properties meet brand standards and guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading maintenance and engineering staff to complete preventative maintenance timely
- Implementing and enforcing brand standards across properties
- Managing both full-service and select-service properties
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel maintenance and engineering, with successful leadership experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
