Engineering Manager - Motor Controllers (Finance)
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Motor Controllers department. You will be responsible for managing the technical development of motor controller products for the Aerospace industry, including Urban Air Mobility, Air Transport, and Defense applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and technical vision are key to success.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering, Motion Control Systems, based in Torrance, California, this role offers a hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's preferred At least 7 years of experience in product engineering or similar roles WE VALUE
Strong leadership and motivation skills Experience in motor controller or electro-mechanical system design Effective communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of aerospace standards (DO-254, DO-178, ARP4754) Problem-solving skills and multi-project management PAY AND BENEFITS
