We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Architect to lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of our clients Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives, and you will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other technical experts to deliver successful Salesforce solutions.
Skills & Experience: Salesforce Architecture Design: Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) within complex environments. Salesforce Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft). Enterprise Architecture: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. Integration Experience: Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems and data sources using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Data Modeling & Security: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data models, security frameworks, and governance policies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. Solution Design & Implementation: Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions while ensuring they align with the overall enterprise IT architecture. Salesforce Platform Customisation: Experience with customising and extending Salesforce capabilities, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and automation tools. Cloud & Hybrid Solutions: Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based and hybrid solutions that integrate Salesforce with on-premise systems and other cloud services. Agile & DevOps Practices: Experience in agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, enabling iterative development, testing, and deployment processes for Salesforce. Technical Leadership: Strong ability to lead a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts, providing architectural guidance and ensuring best practices. Performance Optimisation: Expertise in optimising the performance of Salesforce applications through efficient code, data modeling, and customisations. Salesforce Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect). Cloud Security & Compliance: Knowledge of Salesforce security features (e.g., sharing rules, profiles, permission sets) and experience in ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS). Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both business and technical stakeholders to design solutions that meet organisational goals. Mentorship & Coaching: Experience mentoring and coaching junior Salesforce professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Financial Services Experience: Prior experience working in financial services or payments, with a clear understanding of industry-specific needs and regulatory compliance. Third-Party Integration: Experience working with third-party tools and platforms integrated with Salesforce, including marketing automation, data analytics, and customer engagement tools.
