Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 5+ years of dealership management experience at the General Store Manager level RV dealership management experience is preferred Experience in employee management Skills: Strong computer skills Excellent organizational and sequencing skills Ability to interpret profit and loss statements, budgets, and financial statements Desired Personal Qualities:
Enthusiasm & Attitude: Must bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the role Communication Skills: Strong communication and listening skills Ability to resolve issues professionally and tactfully, whether over the phone or in person Benefits
