Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Estimator
Gunning Mechanical Contractors, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was founded in 2005 and provides HVAC, sheet metal, piping, and maintenance/repair services to commercial and industrial businesses in Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and Northern West Virginia. As a union contractor, we maintain a dedicated, highly trained staff of certified professionals known for their safety commitment, mechanical expertise, adherence to project schedules and budgets, and quality workmanship.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Estimator located in Cranberry Township, PA. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, estimating costs, creating project proposals, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure accurate budgeting and timelines.
Qualifications
- HVAC and Piping skills
- Plumbing knowledge
- Experience in Project Management and Budgeting
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Certification in HVAC or related field is a plus
