Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Executive Assistant position located at a prestigious investment firm in Boston.
This individual will provide comprehensive support to a small team comprised of Executives and Senior Associates who travel extensively on a global scale by performing calendar management, creating domestic and international travel itineraries, expense reporting, gathering materials for client meetings, and the like; essentially serving as “mission control” to provide any assistance required from the Boston office for the Executives traveling around the world.
Compensation includes a base salary in the $80K- $90K range, depending on experience, plus a multiple bonus and outstanding benefit package.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who offers 2-5 years of experience supporting Senior Management in this capacity and an innate ability to form effective working relationships.
