Job Description
Develop & design creative executions for all property and brand-related projects.
Generate and research new concepts and ideas.
Create presentations for brand, corporate, and property teams.
Prepare visual designs and videos based on corporate guidelines and marketing strategies.
Effectively communicate production specifications, deadlines, and design details for all projects.
Complete all design/computer layout/artwork assignments by the required deadlines.
Prepare layout comps for brochures, mailers, and intricate collateral designs.
Create display banners and social media visual designs through digital marketing channels.
Qualifications
4-year degree from an accredited university.
Video editing skills are a plus.
4+ years of project support experience in an agency or relevant company.
Creative and design experience and knowledge.
Knowledge of Corporate Identity, Brand, and Communication design.
Experience communicating, listening, and advising stakeholders on the best approach, including identifying non-value-added efforts.
Active social media user, comfortable with technology, and trend tracking.
Proficiency in business software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere.
Hospitality & luxury background is a plus.
Dynamic, planned, meticulous.
Experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, HTML.
