Handles multiple projects independently while maintaining quality. Key Responsibilities: Maximize store profitability by managing all controllable expenses and optimizing revenue streams. Oversee guest and associate satisfaction, exceeding brand standards. Select, develop, and lead a high-performing team. Create a positive shopping environment; actively address guest inquiries and feedback. Ensure appropriate staffing to meet business needs for a 24/7 operation. Delegate duties effectively and manage labor hours for efficiency. Conduct management training and ensure all associates receive safety and skill proficiency training. Foster an inclusive team atmosphere and promote mutual respect among team members. Recognize and celebrate team achievements. Support associate development through appropriate talent management processes. Provide direction, assess performance, and participate in hiring decisions. Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all federal, local laws, and company policies. Lead change initiatives and educate the team on the necessity of these changes. Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and optimize inventory management. Build relationships with community partners to enhance store visibility and engagement. Preferred leadership experience in fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environments. Experience in staff selection, training, and management is essential. Skills in labor allocation, scheduling, and expense management are valuable. Effective coaching and team development skills are required. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with store operations. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
