We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote wireless products and services. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate budgeting and financial reporting for the store’s performance. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high morale among employees. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and upper management to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales management or a similar role within a grocery store or wireless sales environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike. Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial management in a retail context. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, to meet business demands. Proficient in stock management practices with an eye for detail in merchandising displays.
