12 hour shifts (0700-1930 or 1900-0730) Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Holiday Rotation required Floating Requirements: Yes, to ICU/MS/ER Unit Specific Information
Nurse: Patient Ratios: 4-5 days, 5-6 nights Common titratable: Set- Cardizem, Amio, Dopamine. Titrate- Heparin Additional Details
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required Charge Nurse has a patient assignment Nurse Aides on unit with acuity-based ratio Department Specific Orientation: Yes, 2 12 hour shifts
