Role Description
This is a full-time ON-SITE role for an Associate Attorney (10 years +) with experience in Mass Tort (Fire experience) and Civil Litigation - Trial. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling civil litigation and/or Mass Tort cases conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Civil Litigation experience Strong knowledge of Mass Tort (fire) experience Excellent legal research and writing skills Ability to provide sound legal advice Negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organization skills Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the State Bar of California Relevant Skills And Qualifications That Would Be Beneficial
Experience in personal injury law Experience in class-action, and mass tort litigation Industry
