Our Wrap Connections program focuses on family-centered, culturally responsive, community-based support for youth and families. Position: Behavior Counselor – Wrap Connections What You Will Do
The Behavior Counselor will support behavioral strategies and provide direct behavioral intervention services within the Wraparound philosophy. Responsibilities include working with participants and caregivers in their residence or community, documenting services, collaborating with other professionals, and actively participating in supervision. The role emphasizes an individualized, strengths-based, culturally responsive approach to behavioral intervention. Shifts Available
Full Time - Hourly; Mon-Fri/8am-5pm Salary Range
Between $22.55 and $28.78 per hour, based on experience and other factors, in accordance with California law. Amazing Benefits

B.A. Degree or five years’ experience in a mental health-related field Understanding of developmental milestones Ability to assess, triage, and organize work Knowledge of behavioral approaches to treatment Experience with behavioral interventions Cultural responsiveness Valid CA Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 10 days Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications
Experience with coaching, training, or Applied Behavioral Analysis Fluency in community languages Experience with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities Our Mission
