Job Title: HVAC Tech Location: Decatur, AL
Pay: Up to $80,000 Per annum + Enhanced overtime available + Market Leading Benefits

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Tech to provide maintenance and repair services for a Global Manufacturing company campus based in Decatur, AL. As part of the team, you will ensure the efficient operation of critical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. This role requires mobility between sites and excellent troubleshooting skills, with a focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare operations.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support Maintenance duties on a high-tech facilities campus based in Decatur, AL.
EPA or equal HVAC certification
Proven experience as a HVAC Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and management.
