Responsibilities: Utilize our in-house videographer to boost social and other marketing platforms (free of charge!). Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong client base. Cold & warm calling for both sales and rental leads. Conduct market research and provide pricing recommendations to clients. Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the closing process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and industry best practices. Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients. Qualifications: Active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one). Previous sales experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
