Required Qualifications: Current unrestricted licensure in Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start. Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start. Salary Information:
For Connecticut residents, the salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 annually. This range is defined as total cash compensation at target. Actual pay rates will be influenced by factors such as experience and performance metrics. Diversity Commitment:
