(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - FAMILY MEDICINE
Location: Sidney, Ohio We are searching for a BC|BE Family Physician located 40 minutes North of Dayton, OH. Join 9 Family Physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers. Responsibilities: Existing patient base with growth potential. See 20 to 25 patients per day. Work 4 or 5 days a week. Enjoy a 1 in 4 to 1 in 5 call rotation with OP call only. Qualifications: EMR - Meditech. Incentive bonus plan based on RVUs. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. 28 days of MTO with additional sick leave accrual. CME stipend of $6250.00 (taxable income). LTD|STD (STD is elective). 401K retirement plan. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Sign-on bonus and loan repayment available as part of total compensation package.
