Reporting to the Accounting & Financial Controller, this position will play a key role in financial operations to support the Controller by managing payments, invoicing, and reconciliation processes through operational reports. Additionally, this role will assist with financial reporting, shared inbox management, and project bid tracking, contributing to overall financial efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities:
Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring alignment with signed statements of work; collaborate with project owners for documentation and accuracy. Manage accounts receivable, ensure timely payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve payment issues with customers and internal teams. Co-manage the project operations dashboard, monitor and update with closed client bids and project change controls, ensuring collaboration and accuracy. Prepare and distribute financial and operational reports, such as Weekly AR Aging Reports, Client YTD Revenue, and Time in Active Projects. Prepare respondent checks and reconcile projects for consumer tests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Contribute to launching an innovative gift card management program. Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Qualifications:
Accounting certificate or degree, or at least 1 year of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Collections (education and experience may substitute). Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Personality & Work Style:

hybrid work model : working onsite 3 days a week and from home 2 days, with a setup conducive to productivity. The starting salary is
$55,000 annually . Work Environment & Physical Demands:
The role requires regular standing, walking, sitting, and communication. Occasional lifting up to 35 pounds (or 50 with assistance), long periods of standing, and specific vision abilities are necessary. The noise level is usually moderate.
