The position is based in Washington, DC, and offers a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop fire protection drawings using Revit and CAD Develop system layouts, riser diagrams, and equipment specifications Conduct site surveys and coordinate with vendors and clients Ensure compliance with NFPA, IBC, ASHRAE, ASME, OSHA, and local codes Review and evaluate contractor proposals and submittals Write specifications, reports, and scope of work narratives Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Qualifications: 4+ years of fire protection design experience in commercial projects Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field PE registration in DC, MD, VA preferred Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits Compensation and Benefits: The salary range is $115,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, vacation, and 401(k).
