Job Summary:

As an Automotive Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our dealership team. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by assisting with inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls. Direct caller to appropriate department or individual or take a thorough message.
• Assist with administrative tasks as requested.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about dealership services.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (preferably in an automotive setting).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.
