Deer Park, Texas: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) | Flexblue Staffing is growing and currently looking to expand our team! Our companies have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or experienced Recruiter in our Deer Park Office. We are the go-to resource for fast and flexible fulfillment of our client's staffing needs. We are a privately held, woman-owned business having the resources of a large corporation with an internal family culture. Our new team member will assist our fast-paced recruiting department while providing excellent service to the business community around the region. Job Responsibilities:

1. Reports to FTS Recruiting Manager.
2. Recruit on behalf of clients to fill their open positions across the gulf south region.
3. Work with multiple sales leaders to complete open requirements nationwide.
4. Create tailored marketing and advertising strategies to attract the best candidates.
5. Represent and market candidates to clients.
6. Perform a high volume of phone calls each day.
7. Deliver an amazing candidate experience by interviewing candidates and providing coaching.
8. Proactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed, and organized.
9. Complete necessary process documentation.
10. Extending offers to candidates.
11. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, even after placement.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience in the staffing industry and to be an effective team member.
2. This candidate should be eager to hit the ground running and use every opportunity as a learning experience.
3. Strong communication and work ethic are mandatory.
4. HR or Business-related degree OR 3+ years of agency recruiting experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to work in our corporate office daily.
2. Ability to undergo pre-employment background/drug screening in accordance with local law and regulation.
3. Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time while completing office duties.
