Job Description
This is a part-time/full-time position.
The duties and requirements include:
- Provide confidential secretarial support to Senior Management, including itinerary management and scheduling both in-house and client site meetings; managing calendars, expenses, travel, etc.
- Assist in basic administrative support, including drafting written reports of products and meeting minutes.
- 20-40 hours a week.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills; able to interact at all levels with internal and external personnel.
- Deadline/task-oriented with a great sense of urgency.
- Detail-oriented with strong anticipation skills.
- Good writing and reading skills.
