Position : Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our employees and management team at Forestown. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance.
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for the organization.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance on performance management and career development.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP or a similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
