CPA - Tax Program Specialist
to help develop, implement, and manage the tax program within our Wealth Management department. This individual will require a deep understanding of tax regulations, have excellent analytical skills, and have a passion for helping clients optimize their tax strategies. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies tailored to clients' needs Provide tax planning and compliance services for individual and business clients Analyze tax regulations and ensure compliance with federal and state laws Collaborate with financial advisors to integrate tax strategies into overall wealth management plans Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Educate clients on tax implications of investment decisions and financial strategies Conduct workshops and seminars for clients and staff on tax-related topics Stay current on tax law changes and industry trends Assist in guiding/leading CPA program development Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; master's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, preferably in a financial services or wealth management setting Strong knowledge of tax regulations and laws Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Benefits and Compensation:
