www.gpstrategies.com . Job Summary Conduct training sessions in accordance with performance standards. Responsible for product training and performance support within assigned GM dealerships. Develop and manage schedules to support dealer needs, coordinating with regional personnel on direction and priorities. Conduct special training assignments and facilitate large group meetings as required. Conduct launch training events as needed. Perform ongoing product studies and competitive reviews. Submit schedules, rosters, activity reports, and expense reports according to performance standards. Qualifications 3-5 years of automotive-related or automotive retail experience, or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of vehicle technology, light-duty truck fundamentals, trailering, and infotainment systems. Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills. Excellent organizational skills.
