What You'll be Doing:
Coaching, collaborating, and co-teaching with content area teachers in grade-level classrooms Provide leadership support and professional development for school improvement initiatives designed to raise the level of academic achievement Collaborating with other teachers, professional staff, and administrators to address and improve the education of Grandview students
What We Offer:
Salary: $45.00 per hour or per diem, whichever is lower
Job Details:
Working days: 4 days per week Hours per day: 7 hours Temporary for the 2024.2025 Summer School Program 1 position available
What You'll Need:
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in job-related area. Experience: Experience as a staff developer or summer school staff developer experience required. Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Must have a Washington State Teaching Certificate. Must meet WA State Certification Criteria. Minimum qualifications: Relates well with students, parents and peers. Must have excellent classroom control. Willingness and ability to work in a team environment. Willingness and ability to work at district and building level in developing curriculum. An enthusiastic, creative and resourceful motivator of students. Present a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times. Must be goal oriented (long range and short range).

Work Environment
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 30% sitting, 40% walking, and 30% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
