One of our top Boston consultant clients are looking for a temporary Office Manager!
Job Duties:
Oversee general office operations including supplies, equipment, mail, and facility maintenance (office has 65 employees)
Manage office budget, expenses, and vendor relationships
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and event planning for internal and external purposes
Supervise administrative staff and provide training or support as needed
Serve as the point of contact between management, employees, clients, and external partners
Implement and improve office procedures and systems to enhance efficiency
Maintain accurate records, reports, and confidential files
Liaise with IT support to ensure all systems function smoothly
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Hours :9-5 in office 5 days a week .
Pay 35+/hr
