Center Operations:
Know your KPIs and financials, maintain a spotless center, delegate tasks, and work a flexible schedule including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift. Drive Membership:
Work with your team to set goals and fill class spots, and convert leads into members. Leadership:
Inspire your team, recruit and train coaches, and communicate effectively. Coaching:
Deliver curriculum, coach classes, monitor progress, and stay active physically. Who You'll Interact With
Supervise: Assistant GM, Lead Coach, other coaches Collaborate: Center team members and families Coordinate: Area Developer and HQ team Qualifications
Experience with kids aged 15 months to 11 years People skills, tech savvy, CPR certification (or willing to obtain) High standards, leadership, goal-oriented, professional, energetic, mentoring, organized, communicative, team player, adaptable Enjoy working in a fun, energetic environment and making a real difference in kids' lives. Grow your career with ongoing professional development. Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 per year KidStrong is a child development training center focusing on brain, physical, and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. We offer a science-based, parent-focused curriculum taught by professionals.
