Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as RV Resort General Manager located in San Diego, CA. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality and experience of the resort.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality management or related field Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of RV resort operations and guest services Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively Experience in budgeting and financial management Customer service-oriented mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills Certification in hospitality management is a plus
