(NYSE : KKR). Position Summary Global Atlantic is seeking a candidate to support the accounting for its strategic investments, including but not limited to real estate and renewable energy. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly ledger reconciliations, validating investment results on a GAAP basis, and preparing GAAP 10Q / K disclosures. Candidates must work well in a complex, fast-paced environment, execute results accurately and timely, and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Recognize and record complex new investment transactions, including renewable energy and real estate acquisitions and dispositions Perform monthly investment and suspense reconciliations, including journal entries and account reviews Conduct month-end and quarter-end closing procedures, including analysis of SPV financial statements Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and NAIC Model Audit Rule Prepare management reports analyzing investment results Monitor activity in assigned SPVs Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects Collaborate with teams and auditors on investment requests and monitoring Candidate Qualifications Experience in renewable energy and real estate investment accounting (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, MBA, CFA preferred 10-12 years of relevant experience Public accounting experience is a plus Strong GAAP and statutory accounting knowledge Familiarity with complex transactions, securitizations, and SPVs Strong analytical skills and experience with investment systems Excellent computer skills, especially MS Excel Detail-oriented, proactive, deadline-driven Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available Compensation and Work Environment The salary range is $140,000 - $175,000, influenced by location, experience, and education. Additional benefits include bonuses, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits. Employees work 4-5 days / week in Hudson Yards, NY, and 3-4 days / week in other offices.
