Global Category Sourcing Manager Responsibilities: Lead global sourcing strategy and execution across assigned categories
Negotiate high-value contracts focused on cost, quality, and performance
Build and maintain strong, trusted supplier relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing with business needs
Drive innovation through new supplier identification and strategic sourcing
Proactively mitigate risks related to cost, delivery, and market volatility Global Category Sourcing Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
3-7+ years of sourcing experience with global scope
Proven track record in contract negotiation and cost savings
Ability to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple categories
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
