Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with administrative and reporting functions. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data extraction, and PowerPoint presentation creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, organizing events, tracking attendance, building rosters, and assisting with management-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing management-level reports.
- Extract and organize data to create professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics.
- Organize and support company events, including planning and execution.
- Track attendance, maintain records, and build rosters as needed.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong data extraction and reporting skills.
- Experience creating visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in administrative support, event planning, or office coordination is preferred.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role.
