Qualifications, Experiences, and Attributes Master's Degree or PhD preferred (organizational psychology or similar) Demonstrated experience developing top leaders in admired companies through assessment, development programs, coaching or compelling experiences Experienced at leading teams to deliver complex projects and programs Group facilitation and consultative skills Ability to coach senior leaders, teach and speak on leadership topics Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; strong project management skills Excellent relationship-building skills and demonstrated client service focus Ability to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, energy and excellence Strong commercial orientation and good understanding of the firm's business A curious, candid, and optimistic orientation
Preferred Qualifications Minimum 20 years of professional experience in leadership development and/or leadership roles in professional organizations and minimum 5 years of experience as a trained executive coach Ability to travel ~10% of the year

Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
