Registered Nurse / RN Responsibilities Function within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, utilizing recognized standards of clinical practice, as defined by the State of Minnesota Responsible for delegating, monitoring and delivering resident care Responsible for medication/treatment administration and documentation Receives and gives report on current resident status and changes in status Ensures accurate charting and documentation is completed on a daily basis Assists new nursing personnel to learn procedures, policies and concepts of care Maintains up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures and responds to emergencies Registered Nurse / RN Benefits
