Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an immediate opening for a Litigation Secretary in its new and growing Boca Raton office. Ideal candidates must have at least 5+ years of strong litigation experience.

Responsibilities include support to attorneys and paralegals. Creating exhibit copies, organizing/filing electronic documents with the Courts, docket/calendar and other tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and verbal skills
• Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and filing procedures
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 2016, iManage and Milana is a plus)
• Candidates should also be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured setting

Salary Range - $55,000 - $65,000
