Your first nursing role matters Our Nurse Residency is a 12-month program designed to help new RN graduates transition into clinical practice with confidence and competence. Combining the gold standard of evidence-based training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, the residency develops clinical skills, critical thinking, and leadership. As a Graduate Nurse joining our team, you'll build a foundation to thrive in your healthcare career.

Units/Specialties: Graduate Nurses gain valuable experience across a variety of units and specialties, including:
Critical Care (ICU) Emergency Room Med/Surg Women's Services How you'll contribute: You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Qualifications and requirements: Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
