We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to build, test, deploy, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance member experiences across email, push notifications, and SMS. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and use data to optimize engagement, all while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, test, deploy, and manage email, push, and SMS marketing campaigns critical to member engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners—Product, Engineering, Copy, Design/Research, and Brand—to bring to life essential marketing notifications.
- Develop and implement operational efficiencies to streamline your work and improve campaign execution.
- Leverage data to analyze campaign trends and ensure high-quality, consistent experiences for members.
- Use creative strategies and data insights to optimize marketing campaign performance.
- Solve problems, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across teams to bring marketing strategies to life.
Basic Qualifications:
- Professional experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or ad operations.
- Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and solutions-minded.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a high energy, “can-do” mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree in Economics, Statistics, Math, or related field.
- Experience working with SQL.
- Proficiency with intermediate Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
- Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests.
