Housekeeping supervisor opening at Hanover Hill Health Care Center, Manchester, NH. Health care housekeeping required. Supervisory experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a good work ethic and a team player attitude.

Hanover Hill is seeking a full-time housekeeping supervisor to join our Environmental Services team!

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 7:30am-4pm. Schedule includes Mon-Fri / weekends as needed

Experience Requirements: Health care housekeeping experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate with a good work ethic and a team player attitude.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess and maintain a customer service oriented attitude with personnel, residents, family members, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and to accept constructive criticism. Must be flexible in receiving work duties during work hours.

Responsibilities

Oversee all housekeeping/laundry staff. Assist with day-to-day housekeeping duties and functions as needed. Assure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical. Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas. Assure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary, safe, comfortable and attractive manner. Assure that established infection control and universal precautions are maintained at all times. Perform assigned tasks in accordance with established environmental services procedures.
