As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our people operations.
Position Overview
The Director of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of our HR function, developing and implementing strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting our business objectives and company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
- Lead performance management processes and compensation planning
- Manage benefits administration and ensure ADP platform optimization
- Develop and implement training and professional development programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Partner with leadership to foster an engaging and inclusive workplace culture
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience in software/technology industry preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience scaling HR functions in growing organizations
