The Position

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational goals. Implement advanced sourcing and candidate engagement techniques. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify top talent. Deliver onboarding and training programs. Mentor and coach individuals to support their professional growth. Utilize digital marketing and social media to build branding and attract candidates. Participate actively in our vibrant online training community.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven previous success in a HR recruitment and talent development. Strong digital marketing and social media skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency with Zoom and Google Meet. A deep alignment with our values of growth, impact, and community. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
