HR & Payroll Specialist – Summary
Seeking an experienced HR professional with strong hands-on payroll processing expertise and a passion for accuracy, systems, and process improvement. This role covers a broad range of HR operations, including HRIS administration, data analytics, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll (domestic and international), manage inquiries, and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and audit HRIS data (Workday, ADP, UKG); support reporting and data integrity.
- Assist in benefits administration, compensation reviews, and diversity initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, immigration processes, and recruiting activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR operations and payroll.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms (ADP, UKG) and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Preferred: HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP), system implementation experience, and immigration knowledge.
