Position Overview:

As part of the US Retail Sales Leadership Team, you will develop and inspire teams to meet short-term objectives and long-term goals. Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a regional sales team supporting the Midwest Food geography. Strengthen strategic relationships with key customers. Achieve Volume, Net Sales, and Profit Targets by managing the region's P&L. Implement national strategies and regional growth initiatives to meet financial KPIs and increase market share. Foster cross-departmental relationships impacting sales success. Create an environment of learning and growth for team members. Support broker development and accountability. Lead and coach the 'Strategic Question Asking' sales process. Empower team members to take calculated risks. Recruit and develop team members for succession planning and organizational health. Education:
Bachelor's Degree required. Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in consumer packaged goods sales within the retail grocery industry. Experience building relationships with key customers, especially at the strategic decision-making level. Proven leadership in building and managing teams; broker management experience preferred. Experience with syndicated data sources like IRI and Consumer Insights. Skills and Competencies:
Strong strategic and tactical business planning skills, with a good understanding of P&L management. Proven ability to grow a business significantly. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, coaching, and motivational skills. Motivated, flexible, proactive, and innovative in driving change. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Trade Promotion Management is a plus. Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time. Additional Details:
