Overview
Honeywell's Energy and Sustainability Solutions (ESS) team is looking for a talented EOPS GDM Leader to oversee our R&D Operations and development and deployment of Global Design Model for ESS. Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and STRAP planning and execution.
Project Management:
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of operations-related projects and initiatives.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for enhancing engineering operations and implement best practices.
Prepare and deliver project status updates to management and stakeholders.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
Ensure adherence to company policies and engineering standards.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Over 10 years of experience in program or project management within an R&D environment.
Strong understanding of R&D operations and methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Office 365).
Prior experience working with Chemical Manufacturing would be highly preferred.
Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
