Job Description We are looking for a high caliber Senior Product Manager - Tech to join the Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) team and be the single-threaded product leader of Merchant Support, a domain that directly impacts merchant and support agent experience.
As product owner, you will work with a dedicated engineering team and also partner closely with other product and technical teams across Amazon. Collaborate closely with your immediate engineering partners and partner teams to support the long term technology strategy.
- Work closely with merchants, support agents, sales & marketing and finance teams to understand friction points and opportunities. Leverage data and define the success metrics for features or services to track performance, deep-dive on issues and uncover trends and patterns.
Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi Channel Fulfillment (MCF) are helping people reimagine the way they shop….Buy with Prime (BwP) is a new way to extend Prime shopping benefits—including fast, free shipping, a seamless checkout experience, and free returns—to merchants’ own online stores, ultimately increasing selection for Prime members.

Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) aims to enable organizations across the world with reliable, cost effective, and flexible end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment solutions in order to help them scale, succeed, and offer best in class experiences to their customers. MCF represents the core fulfillment capability of Buy with Prime (BwP), a new business initiative for Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
