Dietary Team , where every meal you help prepare and serve directly supports the health and well-being of our residents.
As a
Dietary Aide , you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, well-balanced meals in a clean and welcoming environment. Your contributions make a difference every day - not just in the kitchen, but in the lives of those we care for. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Assisting in meal preparation and food service based on planned menus and resident preferences Serving meals in a timely and pleasant manner in accordance with sanitary regulations Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, dishes, and dining areas Helping maintain inventory and food storage organization Supporting the dietary team to ensure compliance with facility policies and health codes Providing a warm, friendly dining experience for residents Requirements: Must be at least
18 years of age Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and dietary guidelines Previous experience in food service or healthcare settings is a plus, but
