Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Rockville, Virginia and on project sites in the Richmond region for a Project Manager - Civil Engineering at Liesfeld Contractor. This role will be assisting Liesfeld Contractor in land development, civil engineering, plan submissions, assistance to construction projects and more. The Project Manager - Civil Engineering will oversee site and land development projects, conduct feasibility studies, manage budgets and design plans, see through plan submissions with municipalities, and coordinate with land and construction teams to ensure successful project completion. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering and being a PE/LS is a requirement for this role.
Qualifications Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Requirement - Must have PE or LS in Commonwealth of Virginia Requirement - Must be currently located in Virginia. Any applicants outside will not be considered for the role Site Development and Land Development expertise Plan design experience Experience in conducting Feasibility Studies and managing Budgets Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Previous experience in land development or construction industry Proficiency in relevant software applications such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam
