Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
About the Role:
- The Housekeeper is the primary sanitary member of the administrative team, assuring cleanliness in all public areas and client rooms.
- Under the immediate supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean environment including common areas and clients' rooms

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, with seamless implementation, regardless to client demands. Intrinsic motivation, client-driven service disposition, excellent time management skills, team approach, and basic computer skills.
- Scheduling flexibility, holiday and weekend rotation is REQUIRED.
- Perform all functions necessary to maintain cleanliness in individual client rooms, hallways, offices, and other common areas.
- Housekeeping duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, dusting fixtures, sanitizing furniture, empty wastebaskets, and biohazardous waste containers.
- Maintain Client laundry on weekly rotations.
- Adheres to training and development standards set forth by Hickory, Joint Commission, and State Regulations
