We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities: • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities • Buy materials for the office when necessary • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community • Manage legal documents including acquiring client signatures via DocuSign and storing documents electronically. • Manage Team calendar including scheduling of showings, inspections, and other listing-related appointments. • Act as point of contact/liaison between agent and transaction manager. • Create print and digital marketing materials in accordance with marketing plans and listings as needed. • Run comparables (comps) for clients. • Ad hoc projects including website creation/management, documenting of Standard Operating Procedures, and planning and executing client events. • Update and manage the CRM (client relationship management) system. • Assist agent with personal administrative responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Real Estate Salesperson license in Hawaii preferred or willing to acquire. Compensation: $39,500 - $45,000 yearly

Compensation:
$39,500-$45,000 per year
