Our office is currently interviewing for an executive assistant.
The Premier Group is a 20 year old, family owned insurance brokerage firm. We serve clients throughout Colorado, Wyoming, & Idaho. We specialize in helping individuals and small business owners protect themselves with quality medical and life insurance benefits.
We are in need of a full time executive assistant / office manager.
The Premier Group is a well established and growing insurance brokerage firm. Our desire is to find the right new team member, provide them with thorough training, support, and encouragement, so that they can work at their highest potential.
Here are a just few of the job responsibilities:
- Report to and assist both the Owner and the Director Of Operations with administrative responsibilities.
- Resolve commission reports. Work with insurance carriers to resolve commission discrepancies.
- Accurately complete insurance applications and contracts and submit them to the insurance companies that we represent.
- Help keep our firms insurance licenses and carrier contracts up to date.
- Take incoming phone calls from our clients and provide above and beyond customer service and support.
- Manage and help build our CRM database.

- Proficiency at writing, typing, and well versed in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
