Position Overview: Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist looking to make a real difference in students' lives? We are seeking a passionate professional to join our team as a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist, offering a competitive rate of $55-$62 per hour. In this hybrid role, you will deliver therapeutic interventions for students facing speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive challenges. Your expertise will guide the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, all while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each student's well-being is prioritized. Qualifications and Skills: Preferred experience with pediatrics or in a school setting. Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Self-driven with strong problem-solving aptitude and the capacity to work independently. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines. Capable of thriving under pressure. Committed to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data. Solid understanding of therapy skills per accepted industry standards. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Quickly responsive to requests and reliable in communication. Possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance. Education and Licensing Requirements: Master's or higher degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution.
